Ok, we'll agree to disagree on the order of the first two, but I think you need to look at Lake Worth's schedule. They have pretty much been playing the school of the blind and deaf the first three weeks. Don't count out Little Elm. They will be tough, as they were last year.

With Wilmer-Hutchins off the table Dallas Madison and Kennedale should have a pretty good battle for the top spot in 10-3A. I haven't seen Madision yet, but their numbers look pretty good so far.

My prediction:

1. Dallas Madison
2. Kennedale (Div I)
3. Dallas Roosevelt

I think Kennedale will make it a good game, but I'm not sure I'm ready to predict a win for the district title.

Here we go again. Cuero plays Wharton and only wins by 1 point and they think Wharton is gonna win the district. They lost to Cuero by one point last year and West Columbia beat them 30-7. We all know Cuero is alot better than Wharton and Cuero has some sort of mental block against them. Columbia lost to a good 4a team that had prevoiusly beat two 5a teams. Columbia probably should have won but continue to rack up stupid penalties. Columbia had 428 offensive yards on only scored 4 touchdowns. Wharton got blown out by El Campo. I bet Lamar Consolidated beats El Campo and probably competes for a playoff spot in 24-4a. Wharton probably wont even beat Sweeny. They will be the third place team... again and probably lose to Cuero or Halletsville in the first round...again. They will probably go 5-6....again.

We'll see how Ingleside does against Taft this week.

Right now I'm going with:
Sinton
AP
Mathis

Orange Grove has beat both AP & Ingleside (which doesn't look good for 30-3A district) we'll see how they fair against Refugio & Mathis in the next 2 weeks. Then they come to Sinton on Homecoming night. :)

This game couldn't have come at a better time for Ingleside. Too many youngsters playing in their first and second games. This will give them a great chance to get a few of the kinks out before district. They're young and are going to take a while to get the hang of things, but this group is more talented than the group we had last year. The talent didn't leave with the unfortunate circumstances surrounding one player, the talent just needs to learn how to play the game within the system at this level.

im not basing it on cuero's one point victory last week....i picked wharton as the sleeper team before week zero and im stickin with them and what i saw last week was good even without pierre....so u can quit with the here we go again crap cuz im not basing it just on one game i made the call of them bein the sleeper before the year started

Columbia is definitely the District Champs, just hoping Wharton hangs in there tonight. Gotta take on Sweeny tonight and with the young qb...man, how a season can take a turn for the worst in the blink of an eye. He's good, but worried he's not seasoned enough. Don't get me wrong for a second, I still stand firm behind my boys and do believe they can get this thing done. Just a little tougher challenge than what it was a couple of weeks ago.
