we had a full-time trainer we called "doc" when I played at my 5A h.s., here where I work, we have a student who we call by his last name.

The one we used to have was also a coach, so he prefered to go by coach. Our new one goes by coach as well.

Our trainer's nickname is "Trapper"

Had a trainer in HS that wasn't worth a "lick" and called him Doc. I think it was because every time we visited him, our next visit was to the doctor.

Glenn "Doc" Stroech...he's been at Calallen for 25 years.:cool: I visited him quite often during my playing days.
