Only beat them by 12 points? From what I heard Crandall was right there with them the whole game. If Forney cant beat by more than that, then thats not much to brag about because most JV teams could beat the Crandall varsity team this year.

If Forney cant beat by more than that, then thats not much to brag about because most JV teams could beat the Crandall varsity team this year.From what I've learned in any sport, when rivalry games come around, you can throw out the scores and records of the teams. It's an even playing field out there when it's your rival on the other side...couple that with Crandall seniors wanting to win their final high school game, and it doesn't surprise me in the least that it was that close.

forney played bad...kaufman county refs didnt help much either...forney is in the big dance though and crandall isnt.....
