The political ramifications of accepting help belay any immediate need. Accept help from concrete allies but not from just any country. The long term consequences could far outweigh a short term gain. Not understanding this betrays a sophomoric knowledge of international governmental relationships.

amen....there is prolly strings attached to our nonallies money...like castro's offer....maybe not but i doubt it is just a normal offer of money...
