I voted for Texas, but I think it's gunna take a lot...

Ohio State doesn't know which direction they're gunna go in with their offense yet, but either way it'll be atleast average... and their defense is good as well...

I'm interested to see how our running game looks against a good defense. Those guys looked awesome last week, but this will be the first real test.

Ya i like Jamaal Charles.....he looks like the next cedric but jamaal will win the heisman during his 4 yrs...which back do you think should start the season(Selvin Young, Jamaal, Ramonce Taylor, or Henry Melton)

I really like the fact that they're rotating guys. They all bring something different to the table and all are very good.

Who's the guy that's 6'4" and 270?  Sorry coach. I'm not gettin' in his way.

was really impressed with the new Texas defense. More aggressive and more blitzing using the athletes they have. Texas has the offense that is capable of putting up more points and has the bettter quarterback. Texas in a close one at the shoe.

Don't know much about OSU except that they are ranked in the Top 10 I think...

Longhorns will prevail...at least I hope so!

Henry Melton and Jamaal Charles.

If you didn't see them last week, or at the Orange/White scrimmage, then you really, really, really missed out.

shipley is a non-factor, game rest solely in the hands of selvin young, if he can root through the buckeye's d then texas should have no problem, however if they are able to stop him then OSU rolls

i think that Ginn and Young basically cancel each other out

The new Defensive coordinator is Gene Chiznik, last year was Auburns def coor., if you didnt know Auburn was one of the best D's in the nation and only allowed 1 person to rush over 100 yds in a game and i heard they only allowed 1 rushing TD but i dono if that 1 is true....either way it is impressive...look for big things from the Longhorns D

I picked Ohio State for 2 reasons:
1. Ohio State is at home
2. Mack Brown is the coach of TX.

I got a chance to see both play this past weekend, they both looked good, but being its Ohio State at home, I'm taking Ohio State by a field goal.

whats the point of even making a poll? you know everyone on here is going to vote for texas even if they think they're going to get smashed

Selvin Young has nothing to do with whether we win or lose. The game doesn't rest on his hands so I don't know what you're talking about here.

Shipley playing is also a non-factor. How can Shipley be a factor when he has never played a college game? Should he play, which people say he will but I don't think he will (well, if he doesn't it won't be significant) then he won't be in the entire game or anything.

If our D can stop Ginn, then we are good as gold.
