Congrats to the Littlefield Wildcats very good QB and #45 receiver; both played very well tonight. The Littlefield D could not contain Muleshoe's A.J. Flores, who ran wild over the Wildcats. The game was still up for grabs early in the 4th with Da Mules up 15-7; Flores' 71-yard footrace was a backbreaker for Littlefield. Last year's Mule JV players finally grew up tonight, and the "newbies" showed the talent that caused many sportswriters to pick da Mules to win district 2-3A in pre-season. This win puts da Mules in da driver's seat for district 2-3A. Brownfield Cubbies; hang on to your hats next week! :D :D
