The Bulls got "butted" by the Rams in this game to the tune of 55-24. The Bull "D" did not match up well against the Ram veer---especially the quick-hitting "dive" plays, which several of the Ram backs took for 40+ scores without being touched. They passed well when they needed to, also. All the credit to the Rams---they've got a lot of talent and speed--especially in the skill positions and should make a good showing in their district this year. The Bull "O" was spotty with Colin Jones showing occasional flashes of brilliance--he went 20/140yds on the night with one kick return of 91 yds for a score. The Bull passing game never got untracked and was never a threat, so the Bull rushing attack had to carry the load. Not an excuse, but the Bulls did lose both starting wide receivers to injury last week. The boys should adjust this week to the lineup changes and should comeback strong next week.
