Fort Stockton evened it's record on the year at 1-1 with a 26-28 victory. The win is the schools first under new head coach tom howard.

Lamesa lost to Lubbock Cooper, Seminole lost as well as Pecos and Greenwood. Monahans was open.

i believe Cooper beat Lamesa 42-14, and Seminole lost for sure but I did not catch the team. Pecos lost to Denver City 21-7.

3-3A better wake up for that first round playoff matchup with 4-3A. So far stockton and monahans are the only ones with a "w", i know it's real early but its just a thought.
