IP just isn't clicking yet. Still looking for that ever important field general to lead in the heat of battle. Also, coaching staff is still evaluating just what this team can and can't do. Seemed to run the spread out there several times only to go 3 and out or have a turnover etc. I expect that by district we will settle in as a ball control 3 yards and a cloud of dust football team. Played a couple of decent 4A clubs that happened to better than the Hawks on that particular night. Have 1 more tough 4A, 2 top 10 3A, and a pretty dang good 2A ballclub left on the schedule before district starts. Record could be ugly but I am sticking to my guns and calling this club a 2 round playoff team with a possibility of making it to the 3rd round.
