Who Does Your Team Play This Week?

How do you feel about your team's game this week?

Bridgeport @ Mineral Wells- I think the Bulls will have their hands full with a good 4A Mineral Wells team on the rise under former Graham coach David Bourquin, and coming off a big upset win over a good Iowa Park team last week. You can bet the Rams will be running the veer and staying on the ground a lot. The Bulls have all the "pieces" to put together another victory, but the Bull "D" must stop the Ram's ground game, and Colin Jones plus Ryan Durban and the receivers must "light up" the scoreboard enough to be ahead at the final gun. The Bull "O" line seems to be coming together after last week, and the Bull "D" seems happy and "hungry" under new Def. Co-Ord coach Bert.

The Zapata Hawks at Zapata. Zapata beat Ingleside last year I believe, and this year is going to be a dogfight as well.....its over a 150 mile trip, and the valley teams tend to have rowdy crowds....it'll be a test for the Mustangs this week.

Cuero comes to La Grange. Things have changed around quite a bit with the new coach. I look at this being a lot closer game. Cuero 17 LG 6.

they will have a pretty good defense. And a more wide open offense. I think that they moved LB Tyler Supak to QB. And should be way above average in kicking game. Still have the kid who won a playoff game in the last seconds few years back. I am thinking he is a senior, but may be a junior.

I dunno what to tell you about the Cuero/La Grange match-up...

Last year it was 32 or 34-0... not sure how much La Grange has improved but Cuero seems to be better than last year...

buckeyes play jefferson at home. first game on new field turf so i hope them to be ready. jefferson lost to a good tatum team last week while the buckeyes bombed pine tree in the 3rd qtr. for a substantial win. i think we find out more about our team this week. jefferson will have some speed and we will see how ours matches up.

Graham has to travel over 3.5 hours and play at Levelland.
