Way to go Eagles on your win Friday night over a 4-A team! I talked to a friend that was there at the game and while we were visiting over the phone the lights went out before the game was over! I don't know if they ever got the lights back on to finish the game or not.

The lights went out in the 4th quarter with about 10 minutes left on the clock. They were off for about 20 minutes.
Both bands keep playing - everyone had cellphones out holding them up in the air. The lights came back on and we finished the game.
Thanks for the congrats!!!

Yeah that was crazy ball game last nite. Decatur looked good in the first quarter jumping out to a 21-0 lead. Defense looking great. Good job on the offense for only having 2 returning starters. Go Big & Blue

Brandon Cobb at quarterback, and Kristo Caredenas at reciever.Cobb proved he could run the ball if he needed to and Caredenas showed he could make some nice catches throughout the game.Had a scare right before the lights went out though when Cobb decided to run the ball and took a nasty hit. Everyone thought he had a concussion but he will be fine.

Cobb was banged pretty hard, but he is o.k.
Cardenas is an awesome reciever - but Decatur has several other recievers that can pull it down also. And that DEFENSE!!!!!
Go Eagles!!!

Like I said, I'm 'guessing'...

Hell, Ranger_Mom drove all of the way from Midland to watch Cuero play, JR...

It happens... some people will drive for things they love...

Not saying that he did... but guessing that he did...
