Tatum looked average at best. I realize it's the first game, but the loss of Stephen Hodge and their entire O-line doesn't help. Had many chances to put Jefferson away and almost zero execution.

One of the ugliest football games I've ever witnessed. Tatum MIGHT drop out of my East Texas 3A Top 5 on Monday.

Yeah i thought Tatum would play better then that.

To be honest I'm shocked by the score. With all the hype Tatum has received I thought they would win in a blow out.

Regardless of numbers of athletes, Tatum's offense was Hodge and Hodge was Tatum's offense.

The offensive schemes of the past two coaches were poor and only survived due to Stephen's outstanding athletic and scrambling abilities.

Unless they are doing something different, Tatum's stable of athletes will not have the opportunity to shine.

Tatum should still be a playoff team, but may have a tough time with Carthage and Center.

When Carthage named Bickham as their new HC, they immediately became the "favorite."

Carthage did beat Henderson pretty good this week, so Fatcat may be right.
