QB Jeremy Kerley accounted for 4 TD's;2 on the ground and 2 in the air. It was 29-0 at the end of the 1st Qtr. 2nd team played most of the 2nd Qtr and all but 1 series in the 2nd half. Didn't know till the middle of the 1st Qtr that 1300 The Zone was broadcasting the game. For those of you unfamiliar, they usually broadcast all the Longhorn games. It was nice to hear Craig Way's and Keith Moreland's voices broadcast the game over the air. It was almost like listening to a Longhorn game. Kinda cool though!!!

So, how did the VR team look compared to last year?

I did not see the game, but I think Vista Ridge will win vs Liberty Hill. I say 35-9 something like that. LOL j/p liberty hill people.

Not real good. QB was ok. Coach Wilder was pretty upset after the game.

They were about the same from last year. The QB wasn't very good. Granted,he was under alot pressure most of the time but he couldn't throw. He had great speed but couldn't connect on his passes at all. I remember Paul Thompson's brother being the QB last year but he was a WR last night. You gotta understand Hutto called off the dawgs early in this game. It could have been ALOT worse. But VR never gave up,they were very scrappy and never hung their heads during the game. That's credit to the coaching staff. BTW,congrats to Paul Thompson former Leander HS standout for being name the starting QB @ OU.

Darn it! I was hoping for a little better game this year. :( I'm just glad they're not our homecoming game again this year.

Trust me LibertyHill, its better to beat someone 49-0 on homecoming compared to losing 26-8 or whatever it was last year at hutto to Caldwell

I agree, it's always better to win than lose. Last year's whalloping is the first time I've wanted to leave a game early in probably 25 years.
