It was 21-6 and King on the GP 6 yrd line when the FM station went dead.

Bummer! That is what happened once a few years ago in the last minute of a thrilling playoff game between West Oso and Orange Grove. They weren't in the same district then.

I saw the first half of this game only, it was to Hot to stay for the rest of the game. King used alot of screen plays, some worked some didnt, Kings first drive died at the 39 of GP and one drive they were inside the 10 of GP til QB gets sack and knock out of game for few plays. GP scored on some big plays. Both teams played good, King just didnt produce points when given the chance to put some on the board.

yup, i was sittin on my couch last night (in Arizona mind you) watching TV...and my cell phone starts making that familiar noise i hear every friday night about 10 times during football season....i sat there a second then it hit me "FOOTBALL SCORES!!!" i ran over, grabbed the phone and sure enough....GP -vs- King scores!! I love the Caller Times!! LOL. (sometimes)

I saw the highlights. G-P has a good quarterback. I noticed some of their scores were long runs on the outside.

my dad said it was a good game last night...he was one of the officials last night... said i should have gone... well if he would have TAKEN MEEEE... lol
