The Gilmer Buckeyes will take on the Longview Pine Tree Pirates in the opening game of the second annual East Texas Football Classic in Tyler. The game will be played Thursday Aug 25 at Trinity Mother Francis Rose Stadium.
The defending 3A Div State Champions will try to extend their winning streak to 17 and their regular season win streak to 26.
Even though Gilmer will be young this year I predict a win for the Buckeyes.
I'm going to say 35-13.
