What are some good week 0 matchups?

We don't have a game friday so I was looking for a game to go to close to Rockdale. We, however, scrimmage Gonzales Thursday.

I'm really debating as to go and back my Silsbee Tigers over in Liberty or to go to the WOS-Jasper game. If Silsbee were playing at home, it would be a no brainer. But with the way gas prices are now, if I'm going to travel, might as well see two state ranked teams go at it. Still haven't decided though.

Salado is 2A, but were strong last year and are returning a lot of starters. They're ranked #7 I believe in the state for 2A.
