I hope I don't get in trouble with Mods for this but I at this time it doesn't matter.

Dear Heavenly Father we know you had to tak le Thomas Herrion's life for a reason. Though his family or anyone else doesn't know why you have a purpose for everything you do and for us. Please be with his family they would be in a time of need. In your name we pray!

This brings things into perspective as far as the season opener that I waited for is nothing compared to the tragedy this young man's family will have to endure. Godspeed Thomas.

Thomas attended 2 years at Kilgore Jr. College before going to the University of Utah. He was in Longview 2 weeks before training camp and I had a chance to meet and talk with him. His former offensive line coach at Kilgore is a friend of mine. He was a fun loving and nice person that has alot of friends in East Texas that he touched. He will be missed.
