The scrimmage Friday night was very positive. At first Diboll looked shaky against Kilgore's D-line, but once the "nerves" were out of the way they looked pretty good. Diboll has a lot of youngsters that look good.

Kilgore won 13-7 in the live one half of action and outscored Diboll 4-1 in the controlled part.

All in all it could have been Diboll's best scrimmage in 4/5 years if you can believe it.

Great job Diboll..As long as there were no injuries your team can only get better with that kind of scrimmage..The out come on the score board does not matter as you know. Right now Kilgore is one of the top 4A in the state and to get it on with can only make you stronger.. Good Luck this season. Speaking of 4A my team scrimmaged Kilgores enemy (Marshall) last night in Marshall. Marshall is another 4A team that will be a contender this year. Just hope the Leopards got some positive things out of like it sounds Diboll did in theres.
