I was listenin to news talk radio and appently Bryan/ College stations ranks number 1 in Texas for places to live and 14th in the U.S. In the texas wide Austin came in 2nd. I thought that was pretty interesting!

I'm shocked...

I figured the Austin traffic would push Austin wayyyy to the bottom of the list...

If they got rid of the traffic, it'd be way better...

thats ok, wait til the lonstar showdown this year... j/j both are great places to live, they each have unique things about them that make them special.

I saw on the FNC today that College Station is the #1 place in the U.S. to get the best deal on a house. 4 out of the top 5 were from Texas. The other one was in Alabama.

Yeah, They mentioned that CS has the most under vauled homes.
