Spring Hill was hurt by graduation and a coaching change but still should have a top playmaker in DeMikel Shankle, a 10.6 100M guy. He is only a junior but broke open against Gilmer in the playoffs on several ocassions only to have the QB misfire. They always have size and heart but with only 1 playmaker it will be a difficult season. Coach Bero was the defensive coordinator last year and led 5A Longview to the playoffs some 10 years ago.
