Mayo with just a little bit of mustard.. preferably, the mayo and mustard mixed up together - with cheese and onions and thinly sliced tomatoes when they are in season :)

Mustard, sprinkle lots of pepper on bottom bun then add pickles and lettuce, place the meat on top with cheese up, top bun with mayo. :) Don't like the cheese to touch the mustard. I know, I'm nuts. :D

got to have the mayo for it to be a real burger, add your choice of extras, i prefer extra pickles, sometimes bacon and you have to have the jalapenos for flavor. if the bag is not stained ask for your money back.

I eat mine cooked! :D I had this all typed up yesterday & must've hit "go" instead of reply.

Mayo & a little mustard usually or Miracle Whip if we're out of mayo. Toppings vary - I like a variety. Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, jalapenos, guacamole, green chiles, sour cream, mushrooms, chili, cheese (a variety), bacon - not all of these at the same time, of course.

I thought I said "all the trimmings".

Mayo, all the trimmings and a little ketchup on the pattie with alot of pepper on the ketchup.

In my book that includes jalapenos.;)

Fuddruckers is good but $9.50 for the 1/2# combo is very pricey. I'll stick to the Texas Hamburger Company, Chris Madrids or Buck's Landing anyday.

I miss Wallbangers!:( Alot like Fuddruckers but easier on the wallet.
Hey since you turned me on to Chris Madrids(it's a fav now), let me suggest Texas Hamburger Co. They are on Huebner, about 1.5 (mas or menos) miles west of I-10 on the right. Juiciest hamburger around and they have an huge Angus burger for under $5!
Buck's Landing has great burgers, some similiar to Chris Madrids(ala the frito burger) but have a better overall variety. They have a great fajita taco for under $7 that you could make three meals out of. I make two out of it and am sick both times. Their "devil wings"(or "angel wing" if you don't like spicy) are among the best wings around imho. They are close to 1604 and Stone Oak on the northside of the loop.
Can you tell dinner is close?

Right now Mayo has 54% of the votes. I am wondering if this poll was taken up north like in philly or NY if it would have the same out come?
