Home Phone or Cell Phone or Both

Had used just Cell phone to take/make calls for about 3 years. Just recently added home service because couldn't get good cell service at my new place. I just switched Cell phone carriers and NOW can get real good signal. Now I will cancel home service to save money. I know most families have to have both. But what about the single/divorced people? Do you have one or the other or both?

I read that most younger adult tend to just have cell phones. I myself have a land line and a cell.

i cant stand cell phones. IMHO it turns people antisocial. if i was able to live without one growing up, i can certainly do without one now.

I understand what your saying. But for me,having to watch my money spending it just makes more sense. Plus,I'm saving $40 bucks a month on something I rarely use. I make/take like 95 percent of my calls on my cell.

I have 2 land lines and 5 cellphones on my account. :eek:

Since I am on $#%#@ dial-up...I have one for each computer.

My husband, myself and all 5 kids have a cellphone.

I can understand 44's aversion to them, but it sure makes it nice to know where your kids are and that they are safe when they are out.

My husband didn't want a cellphone til he had to make a collect call from Kermit after a baseball game got rained out.

$17.93 for a 6 minute call.....I added him to my plan for $10.00 a month,

one land, 2 cell. the business has 6 land lines and 2 cell

I have a cell and home service.I hate using the cell at home unless i have to use it.

4 cells and 2 land-lines at our house. Too much money for sure... but we all pay for convenience.

3 cell phones and 1 cable line for computer. I have so many rollover minutes that I never use the land line anymore:D
