Are they that good or is the California football system a little weak?

What time is the game?

I know De La Salle is a private school, as is Evangel Christian, so they are both able to recruit and offer scholarships to players, so it isn't like the talent pool is just from one area in California.

Both Evangel Christian and De La Salle recruit their players heavily, hence the reason why both programs are so good. THANK GOODNESS we don't have that BS happening here.

I heard one of the commentators say "high school football in it's purest form".....The game between Evangel and De La Salle is more like a college game with athletes that were all recruited.

If they want high school football in it's PUREST form, televise a game with a couple of Texas teams!

ouch.... the way the DLS offensive line works in synchronization is something i have never seen in high school football.

The dallas morning news was comparing Jesuit and Houston Strake Jesuit to DLS. I just wish that texas schools would be more competitive nation wide. That would make things intresting.

about the recruiting....it is not allowed. Neither of these teams recruit their players. But with both teams beign winning programs a lot of students desire to play for them by choice.
