What are the chances of someone else having the same last name and last 4 digits of your ssn as well, one in a 10^10000!!!!!!

I would try and contact the school, always be cautious of these things!

You'd be amazed at the extremes....they could call a cc company and ask them to send them one...if they had you ssn and name and address, all they had to do was ask for a change of address and there you go, fraud in the making!

You need to check your credit record every so often...just to make sure no one has tried to open OR opened any accounts using your SSN.
