I heard a rumor that an ex bellville brahma whose step mom was the superintendent at Columbus signed a contract to coach in Ctown. Is there any truth to this or was it simply a rumor? If it is correct, good luck to him as long as he pulls for the correct team in red.

Gotta be careful with some of those local nicknames. When I read "Ctown," I think of Commerce. So we have Columbus, Cameron, and Commerce. Wonder how many other "Ctowns" there are in Texas?

Congrats to that former Brahma! I think Columbus is lucky to have him. He is an excellent sports analyst and true student of the game (ALL of them!). He is very knowledgable and fair--the kids will love him, so will the parents. Sure wish he was over in the Pasture--maybe one day he'll wander our direction! Columbus has always given Bellville stiff competition; I guess it will just get tougher--GO BULLS! Good Luck, you old Bull, you!
