Diboll??? over Palestine??? Even after Diboll loses their 1 man show (Finley). I say 21-3A looks like this:

1. Palestine (D1)
2. Rusk (D2)
3. Diboll (D2)
4. Palestine Westwood
5. Crockett
6. Huntington

You know its a little funny how Sicem74 picked Cameron to win just wait and see he knows we are the best team in the district and we will show him on Friday Night

Come on now Jeremy. Diboll will be alright. We have a good line coming back and with 2 legit RB's, should be a great season for the running game. Hopefully Diboll won't be one dimensional and get the passing game going. I think Jamon Porter will pick up SOME of the slack that Finley left, although that will be tough to do. Porter is 6'5-6'6.

I'm wondering how Rusk will turn out this season. They lost their All-star Cody Glenn, but they still have Justin Sturns, who's supposed to be one of the top rated juniors in the state.

I still think the District crown should be decided between Palestine and Diboll. The game is in Palestine so they already have an edge.

Palestine has a JV coming up that lost only one non-district game last year. Coaches seem to think this team may be better then last years, especially on defense. We also had several key transfers that should have an immediate impact (QB,RB,LB). Palestine should be very good this year as they are loaded with talent on both sides of the ball. Both key district games (Rusk & Diboll) will be played in Palestine, which will be a huge advantage. Also, I would not count Crockett out, I would not be surprised to see them be a spoiler for a team trying to get in the playoffs.

I would have to go with Sweetwater over Wylie and Snyder
Snyder will be very tough but they are no Sweetwater or Wylie

District 26
1. Cuero
2. Gonzales (D1)
3. Halletsville

Hey TxJeremy,

If all goes this way, CUERO in Div. 2! Don't know how Yoakum might not make the playoffs this year, although they did lose their QB as well as we did! Don't think Gonzales will get 2nd in the District, especially over Halletsville!

I saw you leave this stuff to the pros!
Needville making the playoffs over Wharton is literally outrageous, Gonzales gettin second in our district over a stong halletsville and a strong rebuilding Yoakum....Next time do this stuff when u haven't been drinking or anything!
