i voted region 3 because at this juncture they seem to be peaking and having alot of really good teams.

Region 3 look at what they have done the past 5 or 6 years in basketball. They have also had some good baseball teams. The football hasnt been too bad either. I think Region 3 is the best pretty easily

I'm going with Region IV. Cuero made it to state in football, won state in track. Halletsville had a good run too. Yoakum went to the Semis in baseball. Not too sure about basketball, but I would say Region IV is very competitive right now.

I vote 3 because we don't always have the best team in the state but we always have the "deepest lineup" you could say. We have a lot of great teams and occationaly an amazing one. other regions have an amazing one every year but not always a lot of great ones.

well i voted region 3 because of Jasper and Silsbee. They are ranked highly in Football. Also Jasper is ranked in baseball. Silsbee is ranked in Volleyball and Barbers Hill should have won state last year in volleyball but they are still ranked. Also they are ranked in football. Kville tries pretty hard to get up there. We are right behind Jasper and Silsbee in which they are almost a 4a school. But thats ok they just make us try harder to win. So region 3 rocks!!lol And im sure that there is alot more ranked ppl in our region i just dont know all of them. lol

I voted Region III because I am a homer, and I am biased! :D

Besides, how else can we fight the DFW coalition?? ;)

I agree with you there. And don't forget Jasper hasn't done that bad in basketball of late.

if i'm not mistaken, the last couple of years R3 and R4 have been nothing but bridesmaid's in football.

Region 2 is the best:

Gilmer - State Football Champions
Van - State Basketball Champions
Carthage - State Baseball Champions

I had to go with R-3 are I could well say east tx. Plus being from Jasper (unbiased though) and the fact that J_dog would woop me on the jasper board. and my wife would divorce me, and my dog would run away and my daughter would be with child ( sounds like a country song) Yeah R-3 is the best:evilgrin:

Its obvious your vote is based on Cuero. Yoakum went to the semis in baseball well someone from Region IV has to make the semis so thats not really something you can list. Speaking of basketball since 1998 Region IV has won one game in the state tournament.

It depends what he means, best region right now or of all time?....Right now it's no doubt R2 but of all time you gotta go with R4!

Not for lack of trying ... we just don't have the luck of the draw or bracket...or whatever....

Is this based on top teams, or strongest top to bottom?
