Booo!! Actually I wish they would leave it alone one way or the other. This is part of their energy bill. As usual Congress messes things up.

Ha.....my grandfather never ever changed his clocks or his watch...said you just couldn't change time.......least to say, being around him was challenging!!!! God Bless you PawPaw!!!! :kiss:

In the mid-80s the Clorox Co.(Parent co. of Kingsford Charcoal) ran a successful lobby to have DST changed from the last Sunday in April to the first resulting in an 8% increase in sales. I bet they're behind this, I just know they are.

I DESPISE DST!!! It always messes up my internal clock and I'm off for the next month or so. That means two months--or close to 20% of my year--I'm goofy because I'm off by an hour.

:thinking: Would consider moving to Arizona where this is not an issue, but then I wouldn't have good high school football to keep me occupied. I'll take a messed up sleep schedule and Texas hs football over dry, hot summers, dry and hot winters, dry and hot spring, dry and hot...you get the idea :cool:
