I hope that you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year. It has been really neat getting to know many of you this past year and I look forward to another year of talking about our favorite sport together. This is the season of hope...in football terms it is the time where everyone is hopeful that next years team will be even better than last years...but more importantly it is a season of hope for mankind wrapped up in the promise of a little baby laying in a manger. I agree and second with what has been posted here. Remember in just 8 months we will be getting ready for another football season. The time will pass quickly. In the meantime I will be enjoying basketball, baseball, softball, track, etc.(as a fan only :) ).

I hope you are right about time passing quickly. My kids participate in basketball, baseball, track and cross-country. I just can't seem to get the enthusiasm up for those sports like I do football. Geez, can you imagine how I will be when one of my own boys is on Varisty?? Anyway, I would also like to wish all my on-line friends a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

This has definitely been a super year with lots of new friends made, some yet to meet, but all thoroughly enjoyable to discuss high school football with.
