France is 7 hours ahead of us on the time. For example even though the live coverage starts in Texas on OLNTV at 7:30 A.M.
in the morning it is 2:30 P.M. in the afternoon over there.

We have to remember that in the 2008 Olympics that China will be 13 hours ahead of us!! When it is 3 P.M. here it is 4 A.M. the next day in China! This means when they have the afternoon events it will be in the early morning hours (2 A.M. for us) :(

In 2012 Olympics in London they will be six hours ahead of us. When it is 3 P.M. here it is 9 P.M. there. This will be a little better for us.

Watching just about anything on the olympic level is very impressive. the rowing is certainly a tiring event with a lot of team work and stuff but yeah not exactly as exciting as the marathon walking event or cross-country skiing.
