Here in the Golden Triangle area we recieved 4-6 inches of rain Wednesday night. Almost to much at one time. It's either to much rain or not enough..:thumbsup:

We have had only 1 night of rain this whole week and that was last friday

My yard is turning into dead looking hay. And I am watering 3-4 times a week.

Bridge City got 4.75" last night according to my rain guage.. Channel 6 said we got 1.0" last Friday 1.5" Saturday.. so that means we've received 7.25" since last Friday :) Bring on more rain, its blaaaaaaaaack outside right now, and pretty breezy. Not to mention, my power went out at 3AM and didn't come back on until 7AM.. argh!

Well, the drought ended last night!! We got some serious rain for the first time in approaching 1 & 1/2 to 2 months. RBarker... I assume the Baytown area got a good bit also with the storm moving from the North toward the SE? It was pretty nasty in Kingwood about 6 PM last night.
