Texas still needs to have some rules to get in touch with college. Basketball becomes basketstall too many times. Even colleges have time clocks in which a team must get off a shot in a certain amout of time. I think HS needs to get with it and have a clock like college and pros. Of course maybe the time limit may need to be longer such as 45 seconds or one minute. But it is time!
Also in college volleyball they now have a lebera (spelling?) which is a person that has different jerseys that can only play defense set ups. They can't block, kill or serve. Paintball can you help? J/K but Texas HS is behind on this.
