OSU has accumulated 46 NCAA National Championships over the years, the fourth-most in NCAA history. Only Stanford, USC and UCLA own more national titles. After next year it will be only Stanford, USC, UCLA and TEXAS that will own more national titles. (had to throw the UT bit in there too)

Of their 46 titles, dating all the way back to 1928, OSU has 32 NCAA Championships in Wrestling.

Just think for a moment...how and where would the Southwest Conference have ranked in the National picture if they would have had wrestling dating back all of those years. OSU was and still is a powerhouse in wrestling, make no mistake about it...but I think that the state of Texas would have definately been an impact in the sport. Who knows...The Redraiders could be setting with more than 1 and Baylor with more than 2 National Titles.

But anyway you look at it. The BIG XII is definately well represented...In the past, present and future.
