Missin' High School Football...

I'm not gonna lie... after being away from the glory, guts and pride of Bellville Football, I miss it to death. I love high school football and I am an avid fan.... just thought I'd share this with you.

Man, Im with ya! It's especially hard come playoff time. Playing(if that's what you wanna call it) college football even makes it worse. It's nowhere near the same.More like work than playing. But, doing this site helps a little.

I can't tell you how much I miss running out on Friday night. That feeling you get when the crowd is roaring and the band is playing is unbelievable. Kinda wish now I would've played college ball.

If you had played college ball you'd still be missing it. It's nowhere near the same. The pagentry, the excitment; none of it's there. Texas HS football it the only place you'll find it.

Jacket is right. College football isn't really what it's all cracked up to be. You can only feel that HS football feeling when you are playing. I miss the hell out of it...

I played at Alvarado. I know it wouldn't have been exactly the same but it's football none the less. Watching my little brother play just brought back all those memories. Even though I played last year I miss it like it has been forever.
