Exactly.. only stating a fact on the increase in both. What does show explosion and change of direction is the short shuttle, vertical and long jump. For linebackers and D-Line, the 10 yd. and 20 yd. times are more important. They don't need the breakaway speed that backs, receivers and DBs need.
