It could very well be possible that Nebraska vs. either Baylor or UT, to duke it out in the Final.

it could very possibly be 3 of the final 4 big 12 teams also....Nebraska has to win just one more game to make it to the "final 4" or semis...and i would not be surprised to see Texas and Baylor meet up again in the semi final...though Tulane looks pretty tuff...Oregon State is good but im sure if they hae what it takes to take out Tulane, Texas, or Baylor....

I learned the other day that Texas is the only Big 12 team to win a game in the world series until tonight.

That I didn't know either. But it goes to show you that since the South West Conf. merged with the Big 8, it definitely made the Big XII an over all and probably the most dominate conference in the land...

yah that confused me.....i thought they meant all time when they said that....Texas is the only big 12 school to win a game in omaha since 96 atleast....prolly since OU's title in '94.....thats too long, good thing nebraska broke that yesterday....hopefully for baylor that we become the third...however im sure the horns rnt hoping that....

just cause i was bored and thought some people might be interested here r the national titles in baseball held by big 12 schools all time:

Texas (5) '49, '50, '75, '83, and '02
Oklahoma (2) '51 and '94
Oklahoma St. (1) '59
Missouri (1) '54
