Anyone here eat rattlesnake?

Have some guys next door doing some work and they said they saw a 4-5 foot long rattlesnake... so I'm keeping my eyes wide open cuz I hate snakes...

But my honest opinion is that it was most-likely a 2 foot long grass snake and they blew the story up... we can only hope... :(

Ummm, if I found it it would not be fit for frying...it would be more like minced rattlesnake....you could use it like a meat spread. :D
