I see on the Pitchers list that Taylor Janak(Columbus) and Kevin Angelle(Bridge City) are the only Juniors coming back next year. Ironically they also have some of the stoutest returnee teams in 3A to back them up!
I can't believe that Brandon Belts a Junior up at Lufkin Hudson did not make that All-State list??

How in the world was Lindale's jr. pitcher Carson Middleton left off the pitchers list....The guy went 12-1...10 shutouts...beat state champ Carthage, 2-1, in game 1 of reg finals... I saw where he was listed with the infielders but he should have listed with the pitchers.

I am here to apologize if I caused any embarrassement to the kid from Sweeny listed in red on the all state list.

I do not even know who this kid is. My friend from Sweeny sent me the list because my nephew made all state as a pitcher also. I do not even live near Sweeny.

I just highlighted the kids name because the list came from Sweeny and I was just trying to be nice.

I am sorry if I caused the kid in RED or his family any embarrassement. I understand that the kid is a wonderful, humble person. I have heard good things about this kid and if they are all true...son you surely should have your name in red in my opinion

hmmm...with all the hype that A. Wylie caused around here with them in the play-offs, i expected at least one of them on the all-state team...none from 4-3A at all..craziness
