Please keep in your prayers, the family of Kenny Jones Sweeny Jr. who drowned yesterday in the Bernard river swimming with friends. He was under the water for 5 min before they found him. One student administered CPR were they got a pulse but later died at the hospital.

That is so awful. :( How old was he? Prayers & thoughts to his family, friends and the Sweeny community from Sinton.

That is a terrible tragedy...I admit to being confused though!

Did it happen to someone whose last name is Sweeny, or someone from the Sweeny community?? Or both??

He was 17 yrs old and was a Junior in high school.
