On Good Morning America they are thinking the driver may have fallen asleep at the wheel and hit the guard rail. Luckily he escaped with only a few minor burns.

On the bridge....how would you have liked to have been UNDER the bridge? I might have needed to go clean my undergarments after that! We used to go that road on our way from LG to OK.
