hey!... just letting all the burnet ppl know that our anual Jr. vs Sr. powder puff game is tonight.... i think at 7!!!

So that's not done during Homecoming week?

Our is....or at least it was. The girls have kinda gotten out of hand the past few years in the week leading up to it. It was cancelled this past season and I will be surprised if we ever see another one.

One of the things was putting fish and sardines in someone's car where it sat over a weekend. It made such a mess that the seats of the car had to be replaced. Not only was there a smell of fish, there as also the smell of a lawsuit! It just seems to get uglier and uglier every year.

We don't have powder puff anymore, either. Administration said that it was getting too physical and that someone was going to get hurt. My daughter was really disappointed about not getting to play. I know we always had a blast playing. The "cheerleaders" were always the highlight of the game.

welll i love it.... we were the 1st jr class to win and hopefully we will be the first class to win them both after tonight...... last year me and some other girls passed it by the admin. that we should play our rival girls "llano" but they said no b/c someone would definatly get hurt.... and if u understand anything about burnet and llano u would agree, but gosh it woulda been fun!!!!

Did you think about mentioning it could be used as a fund-raiser? I'm sure half of LH would pay good money to watch it. :evillaugh :evillaugh

yeah thats how we asked but i guess they thought the medical bills would be higher.... i mean burnet kids can hardly walk through llano without gettin dirty looks haha
