Thanks for the update. We had our sports awards yesterday at Lake Corpus Christi State park and those two were of the very few athletes that didn't make it out there. Great weather, everyone had a great time. Good food, sirloin on the grill ummmm. The AD left about half hour later to Austin, going to miss opener of Baseball playoff at Aviator Field but will be back tomorrow for game two at Whataburger field.

I think it is only the 300m hurdles, 200m, 1600m and 1600m relay. Jasper is only in the 200m, but so is Brandon James for Cuero. Cuero is looking very strong, but I think the 200m is all they have left also. They have to do all they can in the 200, and hope that someone knocks off teams like Sweetwater in the 1600m relay.

No, for Sweetwater to win the team title outright, it appears they have to finish first in the 1600m relay. Otherwise, they will end in a tie for the team title with Cuero. Tatum is not in the 1600m relay, and winning will not be enough for Liberty-Eylau to catch Cuero. Sweetwater is the only team with their destiny still in their own hands for the team title.

Congrats to Cuero on winning the championship. To Sweetwater, y'all guys did great, I know y'all came up a little short of the goal y'all had but y'all have nothing to be ashamed of, y'all had a great season.
