Led by Jason Terry's 32 points, the Mavericks took game 4 and evened up the series with Houston at 2 games a piece. Game 5 is Monday night in Dallas. Lets go Mavs!

The road team has won every game. What happened to the home-court advantage? Does this mean the Rockets now have the road-court advantage?

1994/95: After again rallying past the Phoenix Suns the Rockets, Championship dreams were alive and well as they faced the San Antonio Spurs in an all Texas Western Conference Finals. The Rockets continued their momentum by taking the first 2 games on the road. However, upon arriving back in Houston the Rockets would struggle as the Spurs won both games at The Summit to even the series at 2 games apiece. However, back in San Antonio for Game 5 the Rockets took control back by winning 111-90 as Hakeem Olajuwon scored 42 points. Olajuwon would again rise to the occasion by scoring 39 points and pulling down 17 rebounds as the Rockets made it back to the NBA Finals with a 100-95 win.

Will history repeat itself? Houston took the first 2 road games vs the Spurs and then lost the next 2 at home. Houston set an NBA record with 7 straight road wins en route to the 1995 NBA Championship.

The winning team has been outrebounded in every game of the series, a particularly odd twist with the Rockets 40-7 and the Mavericks 33-3 when outrebounding opponents in the regular season.
