How is the baseball field? I know about the new scoreboard...How is the playing surface, seating, restrooms, just overall facility rating for a playoff game.

Surface is good but LFT: 301ft, RT:301ft, Center: 375ft, Gaps:330ft. I can't believe nobody has mentioned this already. You don't want to play there. CRACKER JACK.....

Balboa....it is not one of the best in the area....please.

FastBall have you even been there and seen the infield ... It may be a little small but as far as the field is concerned it is one of the best GRASS fields in the area...

Balboa:

"Best GRASS fields in the area".....aren't there only like 2...yours and Bellvilles. If so, Rice's field takes home the Silver Medal. Congrats.

yes I have been there. We hit 3 routine pop ups and watched them sail over the fence. No coach in his right playoff mind wants to play there bc of the short fences.

Definition of 'CrackerJack': field with short fences conducive to regular pop ups sailing over the fence.

I never said the infield playing surface was bad....it is actually pretty good. But that alone does not make it a great place to play a playoff game on.

I believe that definition you gave is for a "cracker box"....

Ok whatever.....either way, you don't want to play your playoff game there. You don't want to lose the game on a routine flyball homerun. ;)
