Bridgeport Bulls
School Colors: Maroon and White
Last Year: 9-6 state semi-finalist
Starters Returning: 5 offense 4 defense
Key Players: QB Phillip Daugherty, WR Joseph Krebs, LB Cody Romines
Matthew328's outlook: Bridgeport slipped under everyone's radar after going 5-5 in the regular season but behind a lethal offense the Bulls advanced all the way to the state semis before falling to eventual state champ Commerce...Daugherty is back, along with all-state WR Krebs..however there are holes to fill..the Bulls lost their spark-plug running back and all-state WR Herrera..if the Bulls can get some balance they will be tough to stop as Daugherty is deadly accurate and they have recievers capable of making big plays...defense was a problem later in the playoffs and for the Bulls to be a legit state tittle contender that area will need to be sured up...one thing is certian speedy LB Romines will make a ton of tackles..if he gets some help watch out Region 1!
