p44 and i have been talking about our 5th anniversary which falls on Dec 9, 2005. We have talked about lake tahoe, a cruise and Vegas mostly. Are there any other suggestions on good places to go? And if you have been to lake tahoe can you give us any good places to see while there?

I always wanted to take a cruise...that is until last week when that ship got hit by a rogue wave...what the **** is a rogue wave? :D

I could probably handle the snow, but would have to learn how to ski.

I was going to mention New Orleans. But you may not be able to fully appreciate NO with Jr in tow. You could've even stopped at the boats in Lake Charles on the way... And then there's the food... It's a fun city to visit, dat's fo sho!

You probably could have fun there as a family, though. They do have a big aquarium I'm sure Jr would like... and the swamp tours...

Our 30th is Nov 15th and we either wanna go to Lake Tahoe or a cruise (but we won't plan anything until January) I would LOVE Tahoe but feel that may not be the best time of the year to go but a cruise..hhhmmm very tempting :)

They say there are many age-appropriate activities for kids. Okay, maybe not a two year old... who knows?

Disney Cruise Lines (http://disneycruise.disney.go.com/disneycruiseline/index)

This might be fun for Jr., but you are right a rockin' boat might test all three of you.:D

p44s brother went on a cruise with his wife and their 5 girls. They had a good time and they brought video footage. Looked like fun. Though i am not sure i could handle being on a ship. I have never been before.

Let me ask you this...who will take care of your 2 year old if you & the hubby want to have a nice romantic dinner??

Most cruise lines have "nannys", but not all hotels offer this service. Something to think about.
