Here's (http://www.salary.com/home/layoutscripts/homl_display.asp) a site I found that will tell you where your wages rank among others doing similar jobs. With this data in hand, who knows, you might even be able to negotiate yourself a raise. :)

It is sad that someone with a college education makes over 10K less than one with only a HS diploma....same level of danger in both jobs!!! In fact the one with less pay is 10X more stressful!

Dang, I would like to see some hazard pay for this FORGOTTEN land I am living in for Dukey's sake.

I do believe educators need some of that HAZARD pay too!!!!

You would be surprised....I have actually had a 10 year old "come after me" and threaten me! With some of the psychological problems some come to school with it is no wonder we aren't all crippled or mangled. :)
