how many school are going through springs football drills right nom? I know that 3a schools cant actually have after school spring football suited up but 3a schools can do football stuff in the athletic period in shorts!

I know our junior high has been doing them for a few weeks, but I'm not sure about high school. Today, I had to buy my son new football shoes for the Friday competitions. Cleats on the old ones were crummy & he needed traction. I just hope his foot doesn't grow before August. ;)

I did. :( That's why they were so crummy. :mad: They were made of plastic & wore down. I bought 3 replacement sets last season. He & I both decided rubber cleats were much more durable. :)

I think our guys are doin' boot camp...

When I was playing we started in early/mid April with football drills... Our 'boot camp' started after the last game of the previous season and ended early/mid April...

I have 2 pairs of detachable cleats with metal tips.
