04-23-2005, 12:16 PM
you think that TB will take Rodgers or Williams?

TheDOCTORdre
04-23-2005, 12:18 PM
thats a tough one, but I got a feeling that they are gonna go with Williams

Pmoney
04-23-2005, 12:18 PM
they will prolly take Williams. I have heard that Gruden likes how carnell runs the ball. So Williams to TB

District303aPastPlayer
04-23-2005, 12:19 PM
i gotta wonder... where is Mike Williams going to go??

TheDOCTORdre
04-23-2005, 12:20 PM
Mike Williams is gonna go to Minnesota at 7

Pmoney
04-23-2005, 12:20 PM

Minnesota takes a WR... Troy Williamson... Univ of South Carolina

District303aPastPlayer
04-23-2005, 12:49 PM
Arizona is now on the clock with the 8th pick.

TheDOCTORdre
04-23-2005, 12:49 PM
thats kind of a suprise to me, I wan expecting them to take Mike Williams, but Williamson is a speed guy, and Culpepper does like to go vertical

District303aPastPlayer
04-23-2005, 12:50 PM
this gives them a speedy replacement for losing Moss to the Vikings. In theory... Minnesota can still get Mike Williams at pick #18... theoretically...

TheDOCTORdre
04-23-2005, 12:52 PM
so who does Arizona take, everyone was projecting them to take one of the top three RBs (Brown, Williams, Benson) they are in need of a RB, but who do they take now

District303aPastPlayer
04-23-2005, 12:53 PM
who do they have at QB? Hell... take Rodgers and trade him for a RB...

District303aPastPlayer
04-23-2005, 12:57 PM
they could also keep Rodgers... they have Kurt Warner there as well as McCown... Rolle is available at DB...

District303aPastPlayer
04-23-2005, 12:59 PM
Arizona selects Antrell Rolle CB Miami(FL)

i was just thinking... it must suck to be Aaron Rodgers right now... he left school early and entered the draft.. and he is just sitting there... with a dejected look on his face.

TheDOCTORdre
04-23-2005, 01:05 PM
Rodgers is slipping fast, I dont think Washington is gonna take him, Detriot has Harrington, Dallas has Bledsoe and needs to work on their defense, and San Diego with the 12 pick has Brees and Rivers, so Rodgers is in a downward spiral

Pmoney
04-23-2005, 01:06 PM
I think Wash. will take Aaron Rodgers, Wash. doesnt have QB.

TheDOCTORdre
04-23-2005, 01:07 PM
washingon has expressed that they want to use their 26th pick for Auburns Jason Campbell at QB

District303aPastPlayer
04-23-2005, 01:07 PM
he might get a backup role somewhere... Jason Campbell is still there too... I had totally forgot bout Kyle Orton... the kid from Akron is good... and that kid from FSU.. .who got kicked out... he has all the talent... just some off the field problems

Rodgers has slipped to the late picks in the 1st or early 2nd round...

TheDOCTORdre

I think Green Bay may take Rodgers with the 24 pick, with Farve getting toward the end of his career, they need to start looking, Rodgers could be a potential fit

IMO Carolina has a good enough QB with Delhomme, if it wasnt for injuries last year, Carolina would have been a real threat.

looks like you can add New Orleans to the list of teams that screwed DJ. might as well add Houston to that list also since they traded out of that spot.

oh no, i have to disagree with someone else today. Dallas couldn't of drawn up a better draft for themselves. they got the quickest and fastest DE/LB in the draft. then they got a big run stuffing DE with their 2nd 1st round pick. great job by the cowboys today.

It was bad enough Dallas not taking Johnson but they got a good defensive end I hope but Houston letting him get away with a trade was not too smart in my opinion.

I was just reading up on all the happenings today and saw that. The way they have produced RB's that should be an interesting situation to watch.
