I PLAYED FOOTBALL FOR NEWTON AND THE WINNING TRADITION IS A GREAT FEELING. LOTS OF THANKS TO HEAD COACH CURTIS BARBAY WHO IS THERE FOR US WHETHER WE WIN OR LOSE AND JUST FOR LETTING US PLAY BALL. I KNOW THEY WILL DO GREAT THIS SEASON AND I CAN'T WAIT FOR THEIR UPCOMING GAMES WITH JASPER AND BRIDGE CITY.

I know doesn't just feel great to be pictured as the nobodies from the sticks and then go out and beat a team from Beaumont. What is sad is that we will be doing the same thing next year and be 2A. Won't that make Ozen and Jasper look bad.
